A 75-year-old man was struck and killed in Queens on Wednesday morning while he was pulled over to the side of the Long Island Expressway, police said.

The man was working under the hood of his car on the westbound side of the highway, near the Clearview Expressway, when a tractor trailer driver going in the same direction struck the parked car around 5:05 a.m., NYPD officials said.
